About Us

Vertigo Vision was conceptualized in the Fall of 2011 by students at the University of Central Florida as a forum in which writers possessed of amazing life lessons coupled with a firm apprehension of culture and society could satisfy their desire to share such knowledge. Surely, their can be no foul in amassing knowledge to better oneself, but as one of the greatest Western philosophers, Thomas Aquinas, puts it, it is “better to illuminate than merely to shine, to deliver to others contemplated truths than merely to contemplate.”

The world we live in is a whirling mass of events strung along a timeline that is literally, never-ending. What Vertigo Vision seeks to do is present perspectives of world citizens on everyday topics. As one reads and talks with people, one finds that some problems are not as uncommon as we think and that common sense isn’t as standard as we would like.
